You are about to enter a live environment that allows you to test the SGM.

Before you start, be aware that this live demo does not contain any data and that any information that you create/enter, be it a new team, a new division, new games & scores...etc, will be deleted as this demo version and its database are reset daily at Midnight.

The SGM is a multi-level application. In this demo version, you can log in as the Super Administrator and access the Back Office of the SGM to have a full view of all the features and components of our application. But you can also access as a team coach by using the login provided below. Or you can create a new Team, or a new Division and thus automatically generate new Team Coach and new division coordinator accesses.

The Super Administrator can go anywhere within the Back Office and edit/update/delete anything. Immediately under him/her is the Division Coordinator who can only edit/update his/her division (s) information and then the Team coach who is limited to editing/updating his/her team (s) page(s). Note that neither the Team Coach nor the Division Coordinator have access to the SGM back office. They will use a log in window situated on the Front end of the SGM to log on to their team or division page's toolbox.

The best way to see for yourself all the features embedded into the SGM is to log into the Back Office as the Super Administrator.

Then if you want to see how the multi-level authorization works, you will be able to create a Team Coach access or a Division Coordinator access for yourself (Recommended as you will need the login/password generated & preferably sent out to your email address, in order to be able to "act" like a Team Coach or a Division Coach).

If you prefer to login right away as the Coach for the "Tiny Toons" team, you will use the following link and the following account: Username / tinytoons@example.com / Password / tinytoons@example.com, then click on your team name ( "Tiny Toons") on the left end side of the screen.

If you want to get an idea of how your back Office changes affects the content of the SGM as Parents will see it live on your site, then click here to access the Welcome page of the SGM area, and from there select the division you are interested in.

 

About The Sports Game Manager

The Sports Game Manager is a web application that allows AYSO regions to manage their standings and scores, Game schedule and Referee assignment throughout the soccer season.
In order to update these soccer game results throughout the season, the Sports Game Manager provides a back office interface that allows AYSO webmaster, AYSO division coordinators and AYSO coaches and assistant coaches to create division page, team page and game schedule with date and fields.
The sports Game Manager is currently targetting all AYSO regions thoughout North America and was successfully tested and used by AYSO 88 and AYSO 214.

Updating standings and scores during the soccer season is showing that amateur soccer leagues, clubs and Youth Soccer Organizations care for their soccer players and want to reward their dedication to this great sport.
The Sports Game Manager is the link between AYSO regions, soccer players and parents. It was designed to help AYSO regions to save time managing their game data.
Thanks to the SGM, the American Youth Soccer Organization and its regions can find all necessary features integrated into one online soccer team and soccer game management software.

Log on to your team page and you will find all information pertaining to the team, games, fields, practice, colors, jersey, parents contacts, news on practice games and any schedule change affecting Saturday games and referree assignments. AYSO Coaches and division coordinators can email directly all parents listed on their team thus avoiding numerous phone calls.
